Our pasture raised hogs, we have whole pork bellies that are about 8.5 lbs on average, they will range from 7.75 – 9.5 lbs. We also have some belly cut into ~3 lb packs. Perfect to make your own bacon, or any dish calling for pork belly. Packed with flavor, pork belly is one of the best cuts of meat from any animal!
