Pasture Raised Lamb from Anderson Ranches in Oregon. Our Lamb Loin Chops are cut into about 8oz portions with 4 chops per package. These are sold in ~1.5-1.6lb increments. Almost all lamb in grocery stores is from New Zealand or Australia, we will never source product from outside the USA.
