Our Pasture raised, grass fed all Natural Lamb from Anderson Ranches in Oregon! The deposit is $300 and the total will typically be between $350-$400 depending on the size of the Lamb ($16.50/lb on the finished product weight). Each 1/2 Lamb is cut the following way:

Loin Chops
Cap Off Frenched Rack
Denver Ribs
Center Cut Leg
Sirloin Steak
Fore Shank
Hind Shank
