We did an extended dry age on Tomahawks!! We had planned to do 30 days, but they weren’t able to cut that thursday and didn’t end up getting to them until Tuesday. So this batch is 35 Day Dry Aged!
We have two sizes: 40-44 oz, these will average right about 42 oz
We also have a good amount of larger ones that are 44-47 oz, most of these are right about 45 oz
Pro Tip on these extended dry age product. The part that looks a little blackened you’ll most likely want to trim off before cooking. Its got a really strong flavor. Other than that, cook as normal and enjoy the tenderness & flavor!
