Our Pasture Raised Chicken, fed Non-GMO feed and no hormones or antibiotics! The Chicken Back and Carcass has quite a bit of meat remaining and is great for making soup or stock! The carcasses come in packs of 2 and weigh about 1.8-2.2 lbs on average.
