Whole Picanha ready for you to smoke or bbq! The roasts will range from about 2.3 lbs to 2.7 lbs. As with all our beef, these are dry aged for 14+ days, raised on pasture and fed non-gmo feed with no soy, no hormones, & no antibiotics.
