We have prime rib back in time for Christmas! The bone-in Prime Ribs are Non-GMO fed & pasture raised from our cattle. From December 2nd through December 10th they will be boneless roasts. We will get bone-in roasts on the truckload on December 10th, so deliveries or pick up from the 11th on we will have bone-in while supplies last. They are dry aged 14-21 days! Ready in time for Christmas or your special occassion! We request 2 bone and 3 bone roats, so most likely they will be in the 5-8 lb range! Once we get the truckload, I’ll have a better idea on the weights on hand.
