Description
We ground up one batch of liver from our Pasture raised cattle and mixed it with our dry aged ground beef. The ground liver was hard to work with so this will be a temporary offering that will be available until we work through this batch. It ended up being 1/3 liver and 2/3 ground beef, as the liver was too liquid to work with at any high ratio. This comes in 1 lb packages.
