Our Pasture raised Beef is fed non-gmo feed, no hormones and no antibiotics. This is the first time the briskets have been available as an al a carte item! All our Beef is Dry Aged 14-21 days! We have all our briskets cut in half to fit into our packages. These 16 lb packs will include 2 half briskets around 6-10 lbs each. Thanks!
