Our Pasture raised Beef is fed non-gmo feed, no hormones and no antibiotics. All our Beef is Dry Aged 14 – 21 days! The Flanken ribs come wrapped in 1-2.5 lbs portions and we will sell in 5 lb total packs (typically 2-4 packs totaling 5 lbs)
