For the first time we are doing some extended dry aging on a few cuts! Our bone-in Ribeyes have been dry aged for 30 days! Experience intense beef flavor that you only can get at high end steaks houses. Our non-gmo pasture raised beef, dry aged 30 days, what could be better??

The steaks are cut at 1.25″ and will range from about 20 oz to 23 oz, with the average size 21.5 oz. If you order one steak we will target that 21-22 oz size, if you’re ordering multiple we will mix some of the larger with the smaller.
