We have put the best breakfast sausage in the world into patty form! For those that are new, we purchased our original butcher’s recipe after the retired, so we could continue offering the best tasting breakfast sausage possible here in the Northwest! The patties are ~1/4 lb and there are 5 patties per package. This first group came back about 1.35 lbs on average, so patties are about .27 lb. Great size to put on a breakfast sandwich, biscuit or bagel and also great to have them premade to go with your eggs in the morning!
