Our Pasture raised Beef is fed non-gmo feed, no hormones and no antibiotics. This is the first time our Flanken Style(Korean BBQ Style) have been available as an al a carte item! All our Beef is Dry Aged 21 days! The Flanken ribs come wrapped in 1-2.5 lbs portions and we will sell in 10 lb total packs (typically 4-5 packs totaling 10 lbs)
