Need a Ham for a Holiday or event coming up? This will allow you to order one of our Country Hams as a one time order. It can be added to any existing delivery or as a stand alone delivery. Our Pork is Naturally raised outdoors on pasture. We use no hormones or antibiotics and use all Non-GMO feed. The Ham is Hickory smoked for tremendous flavor! They are not considered fully cooked, so need to get up to 140 degrees before eating.
