All Natural(No Hormones, No Antibiotics) 1/2 Akaushi Beef, Dry Aged for 28 days! 2.5 years ago we had a rancher friend AI a couple cows with a Japanese breed called Akaushi(meaning “Red Cow”). My grandpa had heard good things about them 4-5 years ago and was wanting to try, but it didn’t end up working out before he passed.

Our butcher was gracious enough to age these an extra week for your enjoyment!

The Ground & Steak Package is ~50% Ground Beef ~50% Steak (We rotate through steak cuts in proportion with animal) You are able to put cut preferences for your steak before check out and we will include those more often.
